Hello!
After graduating with an honours degree in Journalism in 2012, I took a gap year travelling around 12 countries in South East Asia, South America, and Oceania. After returning home, I moved to London to pursue a career in marketing, working for an American skincare company.
In 2017, at the age of 26, I made the decision to uproot my life in London in search of new opportunities in Australia. Due to the visa laws at the time, I initially had to work on a banana farm for four months in rural Queensland, before finally settling in Sydney.
Eight years later, I still call Sydney home and received my Australian citizenship in 2024.
Work
After moving to Sydney I initially worked for the same skincare company as I did in London. Over the next few years I had a few different marketing roles spanning financial services, healthcare and eCommerce plus studied for a diploma in social media marketing.
Since 2020 I’ve been working for a Canadian tech company, specialising in B2B and brand content.
Travel
Travelling is my biggest passion and I’m lucky enough to have visited 45+ countries across six continents.
Having lived in Europe and Australia, I’ve had the chance to explore much of these continents and am always looking to plan my next adventure.
